At Greenman we respect your privacy and that means we will never share your contact information with anyone for any reason, with one exception: if you are under eighteen years of age and you attempt to circumvent our policies to obtain ejuice from us, we will share all of your information with authorites immediately and without hesitation.
Ejuice is for committed smokers of legal age only and we do not sell ejuice to anyone under eighteen years of age, even if the sought-after blend does not contain nicotine. This policy is not negotiable under any circumstances, so do not ask.
We require customers to create an account with us in order to checkout. Financial information is not asked for during account creation and there is no cost to register for an account with us. A customer account is for storing shipping information and accessing order history. An account with Greenman speeds the ordering process for repeat customers and also helps us fulfill our age verification responsibilities. We may use contact information from an account to contact a customer ourselves for order-related questions and answers, but we will not share someone's account information with anyone, so do not ask us to.
We cannot legally provide a warranty on website functionality but we do strive to provide a reliable, comfortable and user-friendly online-shopping environment for our customers.
We cannot provide a warranty on the "likeability" of a flavor simply because taste is subjective, but we do strive to make the tastiest ejuice in the known universe, so we like to hear what works for you.
All sales are final and there are no returns on ejuice. We will, of course, strive to fulfill your order to perfection. If there appears to be an error in your order, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. Occasionally we may at our discretion, as a courtesy, issue a refund on shipping to a customer with multiple orders when it is possible for us to consolidate packaging.
We will not be held responsible for international orders getting held or taken by customs in your country and we will not attempt to disquise an order as something other than ejuice for the purpose of circumventing regulations in your country, so do not ask us to do so.
Our target processing time is 1 to 2 business days before shipping. Occasionally this time can be longer due to extremely high order volumes or during supply shortages that are beyond our control.
